2. How long do I have to return my order?

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

3. What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. What if my item is defective or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

At this moment, we do not accept exchanges for any premiums/orders such as wrong size, different color, buyer's remorse, or any other reason.
For this purpose, we recommend returning the order for store credit then placing a new one on your end.

7. What items are non-returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
For hygienic purposes, items for inner wear (bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, bras, & camisoles), socks, shoes, and other accessories (mats, hats, cases, bottles, bags, etc.), packaged items, and altered items are not allowed for returns/refunds.
These sales are final.

8. What is the refund process?

Refunds will not be issued without a receipt. Delivery fees and surcharges are non-refundable.
Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours.
Shipping will take, respectively, between 3-10 business days from the day you receive a delivery email and/or SMS notification.
